Repeating the trend of Year 2, so figured this still might be helpful to some if I do this weekly game play - a bit of a guide/how to solo the Nightfall each week. Will be implementing cheese spots where I can to show people how to make the fights easier. On challenging weeks, will likely show with cheese and with no cheese.

Did it on Hunter this week as it was the weekly rotation for it, and I figured Hunter would be the "hardest" of the 3 to do. The last couple of weeks have been: Warlock (Taniks), Titan (Taniks Again), Titan (Nexus Mind), Warlock (Abomination Heist), Titan (Shield Brothers), Hunter (Shield Brothers No Cheese), Warlock (Fallen SABER), and now Hunter (Omnigul). Titan will be next week.

Cheese for this, there's a little area underneath Omnigul's bridge that you can hide in and gives you cover from nearly everything. The only things to be careful of are the Boomer Knights, but once you clear those it's completely safe. DPS'ing Omnigul can be a bit of a pain in the process though.

Difficulty-wise, I'd probably say this is one of the harder Nightfalls to date (maybe Shield Brothers Solar Burn/Grounded was the same?). No beneficial burns outside of Brawler kinda sucks, and Chaff/Match Game in this strike makes it all the more slow. It's a long and annoying strike as is, but when you add these modifiers makes it pretty tedious. Took me 3 attempts to clear this, about an hour overall spent on it. Was a little sloppy today sorry too, absolutely knackered from all the moving and a tiny bit rusty after not playing for 4 days, but got it done in the end (with 30 seconds left lol).

Not sure if I'll go for a "no cheese" version this week either. You could only really consider "no cheese" to be from where I did the first part of the fight, and it's not really viable with all the enemy spawns and her having Match Game/Grounded on to move out of her poison clouds. Timer is really tight without cheese, and the modifiers (Match Game/Grounded namely) make it nearly impossible to effectively DPS from up top. I'd imagine it'd be possible on Warlock/Titan; effectively "cheesing" with self-res or Saints-14 Bubble at the top, but feels a bit cheap to me doing it that way too. If I have some time I might put some attempts in, otherwise will work on other challenges instead. Just not huge on it this week purely because of Match Game making her shield waste so much more time.

Weapons this week: Treads Upon Stars w/ Life Support/Explosive Rounds/Hidden Hand, Arc Ex-Machina, Gjallarhorn.

Due to the changes to Nightfalls requiring certain timers/enemy kills for the Gold Score, my approach will change a little in these. Rather than going fast and taking risks, will likely play a little slower and take it safe to clear all the enemies. I much prefer taking risks and going as fast as possible, but for gold medals need to adjust to that playstyle is all!
