Adults love to tell teenagers to be more resilient but what do teenagers think? Tolu uses her own youthful experiences to her talk, and shares an exploration of what resilience really is and how teenagers can practically achieve it.
Tolu is a local sixth-form student studying 3 A-levels including Psychology and Philosophy and Ethics. She is an active member of the psychology club at her school and has a keen interest in the psychology of the workings of the human mind and behaviour.
