I chose for its clarity Dr. Don Lincoln's elegant explanation of the changes in the speed of light caused by refraction, as another phenomenon demonstrating both: interinduction and the Soler effect. They are my 2 hypotheses about the origin of both the intergalactic redshift and the CMB, which validate Fritz Zwicky's theory of tired light in 1929, and that Einstein forced with the Cosmological Constant in General Relativity against the apparent evidence of the expanding Universe.
