The Dilapidation Achievement / Trophy is unlocked by finding the hidden balcony passageway.
This is found in Mission 7: A Crack in the Slab.
After grabbing the Timepiece, make your way through the kitchen and out to a courtyard. There will be 2 guards in the past and 1 wolfhound in the present. When they're all down, switch to the past and shoot the red supports under the balcony. Switch back to the present and climb up to unlock the achievement.
