🛒 Ingredients (Samagri):
Palak – 300 gram
Paneer – 200 gram (cubes me kata hua)
Pyaz – 1 medium (bareek kata hua)
Tamatar – 2 medium
Adrak-Lahsun paste – 1 bada chamach
Hari mirch – 1
Jeera – 1 chhota chamach
Haldi powder – ½ chhota chamach
Lal mirch powder – 1 chhota chamach
Dhaniya powder – 1 chhota chamach
Garam masala – ½ chhota chamach
Malai ya fresh cream – 2 chamach (optional)
Tel ya ghee – 2 chamach
Namak – swad anusar
👩🍳 Banane Ki Vidhi (Process):
1️⃣ Sabse pehle palak ko achhe se dho kar 2–3 minute ubal lein.
2️⃣ Uble hue palak ko thanda karke mixer me smooth paste bana lein.
3️⃣ Kadhai me tel garam karein aur jeera daalein.
4️⃣ Ab pyaz daal kar halka golden hone tak bhunein.
5️⃣ Adrak-lahsun paste aur hari mirch daal kar bhunein.
6️⃣ Ab tamatar daal kar masala soft hone tak pakayein.
7️⃣ Saare masale (haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, namak) daal kar
