The day begins with a simple breakfast: grilled salmon and rice with a raw egg. It’s an ordinary meal, but one that gently wakes both body and mind.
In Japan, eating a raw egg over hot rice is a common breakfast.
Japanese eggs are handled very carefully, making this simple meal both safe and comforting.
After breakfast, I take a short walk toward the station, letting the city slowly come to life around me.
Later, I return home and edit this video with my cat, Pon, quietly nearby.
Nothing special happens.
But from breakfast, to walking, to working alongside my cat, these small moments help the day begin calmly.
