Hi folks!
Let me show you how I made this delicious overnight beef brisket in the slow cooker, or Crockpot! Such a simple recipe and very easy to make. Goes perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes, over rice….or even on it’s own with a big chunk of crusty bread :)

What I used (Serves 5 - 6 people)

1.5 kg (4 lb) Beef Brisket joint

1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoons smoked Paprika
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons cumin
240ml (8 oz) BBQ sauce
Small handful of fresh parsley
