Darren "The Riddler" Reece is the owner of Riddler's gym in Western Australia, it has one of the biggest muaythai fight teams nationally and he has produced Champions like his wife Caley Reece, Lloyd Dean, George Mann, Chris white, Tyler Hardcastle and Nicola Callander just to name a few. We get into his martial arts background starting in Zen do kai and moving onto training and fighting in Muaythai, then living over in Thailand for a long term. Then we talk about the starting of his gym and transiting as a fighter/trainer to being just the coach and how he has developed a system taking elements for his time in Thailand fighting and blending it in with modern athletic performance guidelines to help his fighters always come into the fight fresh and not overtrained.
