In the fifth and concluding seminar of POPULAR CULTURES AND ANTIFASCIST CARE, David Winters, Michael Pelias, Jack Bratich, and participants complete their discussion of On Microfascism, turning to Bratich's concluding reflections on witchcraft, cunning craft, micro anti-fascism, and the practical challenges of composing democratic forms of life. The seminar explores the historical figure of the witch as a symbol of collective knowledge, feminist resistance, and alternative social organization, asking how these traditions might inform contemporary struggles against fascist and authoritarian politics.

Drawing on Jack Bratich, Sylvia Federici, Walter Benjamin, Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guattari, Bernard Stiegler, Michel Foucault, Antonio Gramsci, and feminist philosophy, the discussion examines cunning craft, deplatforming, abolition, algorithmic power, symbolic culture, education, and the transmission of historical memory. Participants consider the politics of storytelling, myth, digital media, and popular culture while reflecting on the possibilities and limitations of contemporary anti-fascist organizing.
