On the corporate side, Vireo Growth Inc. (CSE: VREO) announced a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire The Hawthorne Gardening Company from Scotts Miracle-Gro. The potential transaction could reshape Vireo’s footprint in cultivation inputs and deepen vertical integration opportunities.
