Today, in our village, we prepare delicious KULFI ICE using fresh, homemade cow milk in our traditional style. We slowly cook the milk for nearly 6 hours, reducing it from 3 parts to 1 to achieve a thick, rich, creamy texture.
We make natural colors, pink from fresh dragon fruit, and blue from spirulina powder. We pour the mixture into molds and freeze it for 12 hours.
On a hot summer evening, we enjoy this healthy, colorful homemade milk kulfi as a refreshing summer dessert.
The taste is Yummy!
