Completed in 2023, this project was for a facility already using several HVAC systems - however they were not effectively controlling temperature and humidity. The client was looking for an all-in-one solution that provided an even distribution of temperature and maintained a consistent low humidity level.

This project highlights how we transformed a critical space in a pharmaceutical plant, achieving precise humidity control of 25% RH, while maintaining a comfortable temperature of 22°C. Industrial desiccant dehumidifiers efficiently remove moisture from the air using desiccant technology. This method ensures superior humidity control even in extreme conditions. Additionally, the role of the chiller in the overall HVAC system works in tandem with the desiccant dehumidifier to provide precise temperature control, further enhancing the dry room's performance.
