Hello! It's me again, Dockeeping, with another music video I made for Spirit. Today with really fitting song!


Not long ago I released my last video - "What I've Done" for Lion King. It was full of action, no love song.

I hope you liked it, but today I would like to present to you another song I found, but for Spirit. The name of the song is "Hero".

No, it's not the sweet song by Enrique Iglesias, but the song by Chad Kroeger, the lead singer of Nickelback band. The song was recorded for the Spider-Man soundtrack.

You probably know the song. I too, but I really don't know why it took me so long till I realized that it is the perfect song for Spirit!

And why? Although he would never say that about himself, you certainly agree with me when I say that Spirit can be undoubtedly called the HERO.

If you know his story you know all the deeds he did during his adventures. Many of them can be called heroic. How else you can call an act when somebody risks his own life in an attempt to save a life of someone else?

He did it many times.
He saved those colts from the cougar, he helped Little Creek (and many horses) to escape from the fort and saved him when Colonel wanted to shoot him.
He saved wounded Rain from the river (although he thought he failed - but she would surely drown without his help), and last but not least he saved his herd and his homeland from the colonization... And for such things we use to call these individuals the heroes!

And so I think it cannot be more matching song for him, for Spirit, the HERO!


In the video I tried to show his double life (the same problem of many heroes).
He has his "normal" life - he want nothing more than a peace with his beloved - but sometimes something happens and the circumstances call out the hero hidden inside to step in. It may be painful but it's hero's job...


(I put many special effects into this video, it's very unusual for me, but this way I wanted to express all the feelings and hidden meanings of this complex story I created for this marvel°lous song :-)
