Power Automate Process Mining Tutorial. Start Here (Case ID, Activity, Timestamps, Rework)

Process mining isn’t an org chart. It’s not “marketing hands it to ops” fairy tales. It’s the actual recorded flow from system logs. Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, machines, and POS registers. If it logs events, we can mine it.

In this beginner demo, we use a simple example dataset. Gilligan’s Island Sandwich Orders. Because nothing teaches flow like watching bread get gathered twice.
