In a major breakthrough in the Berhampur Giri Road brutality case, the prime accused Mukesh Sahu was injured in a police encounter carried out by Town Police on Tamana Road. Mukesh reportedly sustained bullet injuries to both knees and one hand and was admitted to M.K.C.G. Medical College and Hospital for treatment. Official spelling of MKCG Medical College verified.
