FINANCIAL RATIOS – SOLVENCY OR STABILITY RATIOS (Explained in Taglish by Sir RDS)
So after natin i-discuss ang liquidity ratios, ang susunod nman natin na ididiscuss ay ang solvency ratios. Kung ang focus ng liquidity ratios ay ang conversion ng assets into cash in relation to the company’s obligations, dito naman sa solvency ratios ay ipapakita ang tatag ng isang kompanya by comparing its capital to the utangs of the business.
SOLVENCY- is a key metric used to measure an enterprise's ability to meet its debt obligations and is used often by prospective business lenders. The solvency ratio indicates whether a company's cash flow is sufficient to meet its short-and long-term liabilities.
Ano ba ang sukatan ng tatag ng isang kompanya? Dapat ba mas malaki ang puhunan nya kaysa sa utang? O dapat ba na panatay lang ito o mas malaki ang liabilities sa equity? Tignan natin sa pamamagitan ng mga ratios na ating pag-aaralan.
