🚇 2 types of platform doors! Old and new platforms at Shenzhen Metro Line 3 Universiade Station 大運站

On 2024/10/26, Shenzhen Metro Line 3's Universiade Station opened 2 new side platforms to increase the platform capacity, as Universiade Station is transforming into a large transport hub of 3 metros and 1 intercity rail. The old island platform that was opened back in 2010 was closed for renovation. The platforms will soon be transformed into a Spanish solution platform where alighting and boarding will be done on different platforms. At the same time, Line 3's signalling system was also upgraded, along with a batch of new trains in preparation for the phase 4 extension at the end of this year.

深圳地鐵3號線大運站的新月台在2024年10月26日投入服務，以增加3號線月台的容量，同時為未來大運站成為3條地鐵線和1條城際鐵路的大型交通樞紐來作準備。原先在2010年啟用的舊月台將會進行翻新，未來將會與新月台構成一個西班牙式月台，下車和上車將會在不同月台上進行。除了新月台，3號線同時還完成信號系統更新工程，也有新列車投入服務，以準備本年底通車的四期延伸路段。
