All Things Edinburgh: August Festival City

Описание: August in Edinburgh is a time like no other. The streets are of full of music, dance and performance as Edinburgh hosts over 5 different festivals. This week on ScotsinUs, we start by speaking with James Clements, who is debuting his production "THE BURNS PROJECT" at this year's Fringe Festival.

We then speak with James McVeigh of Festivals Edinburgh, who gives us the inside scoop on navigating the many festivals going on throughout the city.

Festivals include the Edinburgh International Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe, Film Festival, Jazz and Blues Festival and more!

We then turn to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, which are celebrating their 75th anniversary with their 2025 show, "The Heroes Who Made Us". Jason Barrett, CEO of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, shares some of the history and inspiration behind the show and this year's theme!
