To use the squid ink as an ingredient is quite unusual, black is not a standard color for most of the world’s food cultures.
As for many other recipes, there are quite a lot of different variants, and almost every family has one.

Ingredients:
1 medium-size squid
1 ink sac (ask to keep the one from the squid)
1 cup of tomato passata
1/2 onion
50 gr of fine peas
1 pinch of chilly pepper
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
200 gr of long pasta
