Participle:

Example: A broken glass / a smiling child.
Infinitive:
An infinitive is the base form of a verb, usually with “to”, used as a noun, adjective, or adverb.
Example: She wants to learn English.
👉 In short: Gerund = noun, Participle = adjective, Infinitive = to + verb.
