It comes as a survey of Hospital Trusts reveals that 13 Trusts say they will run out of intensive care capacity next week.
At the same time, a new tracker app has been launched today which analyses covid-19 symptoms submitted by users, to map how fast the virus is spreading and in which areas of the country.
