Hey guys, in this video I’ve shared a vegetable pancake recipe which is super healthy , high in protein & fibre and you can include in your healthy diet no matter if you’re in your weight-loss journey or trying put on some healthy mass. This recipe surely will give you a positive results.
Ingredients:-
For the purée:-
Green mung beans. - 1 cup
Spinach leaves. - 1/2 bunch
Coriander leaves - 2-3 sprig
Green chilli - 2-3 pcs
Ginger. - 2 inch
Garlic - 15-20 cloves
For the mixture :-
Gram flour/ besan. - 1 cup
Rice flour. - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Chopped Vegetables :-
Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrot. - 1/2 cup
Green onions - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Zucchini (optional). - 1/2 cup
Beet root - 1/2 cup
For the chutney:-
Roasted Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Tomato. - 2 pcs
Coriander leaves. - 2 sprig
Green chilli. - 2 pcs
Ginger. - 1 inch
Garlic. - 3-4 cloves
Salt. - as per taste
Oil/ ghee for frying
