Описание: Chocolate. Protein-packed. Single-serve. This 3-ingredient chocolate “cheesecake” has over 20g of protein and zero added sugars. Rich, creamy, lightly tangy, and comes together in less than 20 minutes. How to make it: • 1 container Greek yogurt (5–6 oz, vanilla) • 1 egg • 2 tsp cornstarch • 1–1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder •. 2 tsp sweetener (optional) Whisk until silky smooth, pour into a ramekin, and bake at 400°F for ~18 minutes until set on top with a slight jiggle in the center.
