This is episode 15 from season 16 of America's Most Wanted John Walsh speaks from New Orleans on an episode where different female criminals are showcased. The episode aired on May 10, 2003 as a bit of a "bad girls double header" with an episode of Cops before AMW that is also from New Orleans.
Just happened to notice at around 1:28 in during the bar reenactment it sounds like she can be heard saying "Fuck you, Bitch" unless it's censored and my head is just filling in the gap, or hearing it incorrectly.
I have a few other episodes of AMW that I should have up shortly.
