In 2012, my Shifu, Di Guoyong, presented a talk to the students at the university where
he discussed aspects related to the current situation of traditional
Wushu in China, the values of traditional Wushu as well as
aspects related directly to the practices of Xingyi Quan and
Bagua Zhang. This is the fifth part in this series.
