Описание: This automated solution handles a varying range of bearing components, 26mm to 450mm to be precise. The industrial robot that is integrated as part of the machine incorporates a bespoke gripping tool, specifically designed to pick and place the bearings. The robot places the bearing components into dedicated storage positions within the machine, waiting until there is a "matched" pair of bearings. The robot also presents the bearings to a laser marking station, where key information is marked onto two different areas of the bearing.
