INGREDIENTS:
165 g (3/4 cup)butter, softened
165 g (3/4 cup)sugar
165 g (1 1/2 cup)all flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD:
sift together, flour, salt and baking powder
beat together butter and sugar until well combined.
add eggs, one at a time.
add vanilla essence, mix
add dry ingredients in 3 portions with milk
pour batter in loaf pan, tap to remove air bubbles
bake first 20 minutes on low-medium flame
bake 45-50 minutes on low flame
bake for 20-25 minutes at 350f (180 c)
