THE 4 STRATEGIES:
1️⃣ THE URBAN HACK (Condos)
Trade backyard maintenance for world-class amenities. Real example: Clients bought a 2+den in CityPlace for under $900K. Houses nearby? $2M. They saved $1M+ and their kids walk to two new schools, a massive park, library, and community center.
2️⃣ THE MIDDLE GROUND (Townhouses)
Get the house feel without the $2M price tag. Townhouses in the 416 were UP 5.4% last year while detached homes dropped. Look in: Junction, Lambton, Scarborough Junction, Davenport.
3️⃣ THE MORTGAGE HELPER (Duplexes)
