Ingredients :
1.Yellow Moong Dal (Soaked for 1-2 hours & then half cooked in boiling water)
2.Cucumber
3.Onion
3.Tomatoes
4.Raw Mango
5.Mint Leaves
6.Coriander Leaves
7. Spring Onion Greens
8.Green Chutney (Optional)
9. Normal Salt/Rock Salt
10. Cumin Powder
11. Chaat Masala
Tip : Can add more veggies such as grated carrots, beetroot, sweet corn and peanuts for crunch. Some pomegranate and Tamarind Chutney for hint of sweetness.
