Nebraska fishing laws have always been pretty chill.. I've got tons of comments over the years about goldfish, using crappies for baits, and how doing this is illegal in other states blah blah blah. One law made it difficult and more expensive for flathead catfish fisherman. No transferring of live bait that you catched. Whelp, now you can transfer sunfish and bullhead as long as you bring your own water. Hallelujah holy chips. PAAA POWWW!!!
