While the final boss theme is (rightfully) the most popular track in the game and one you'll see quite often when people talk about it, the basic melody from it is actually a leitmotif that makes its first appearance in the game's introduction in this track called "Guidance."
Despite said final boss theme being awesome, this track has always stood out to me and no one had extended it. It's definitely a good one to listen to while enjoying a beautiful view.
