Episode Summary:
In the wilderness, tensions boil over after the mysterious death of the team’s livestock. Faced with starvation, the girls declare a new hunt. While Taissa (Jasmin Savoy Brown) and Van (Liv Hewson) try to rig the card draw to target Hannah (Ashley Sutton), Shauna (Sophie Nélisse) catches on and shifts the result — Mari (Alexa Barajas) is chosen instead. The ritual begins, but the hunt is a smokescreen for Natalie’s (Sophie Thatcher) plan to reach the satellite phone. Mari falls victim to a spike trap and is gruesomely impaled. As the others feast, Natalie escapes to the cliffs and makes contact — a mysterious male voice answers on the other end.

In the present day, Taissa (Tawny Cypress) gives Van (Lauren Ambrose) a grim farewell, consuming her heart in a chilling act of devotion. Misty (Christina Ricci) interrogates Callie (Sarah Desjardins), who confesses to killing Lottie (Simone Kessell) during a moment of rage. Horrified by the fallout, Callie and Jeff (Warren Kole) flee the house and cut ties with Shauna (Melanie Lynskey). Taissa and Misty meet to determine Shauna’s fate. Left alone, Shauna finds a cryptic note and begins journaling, vowing to reclaim her power — no matter the cost.
