What needs fixing? What needs replacing?

Disassemble the Fimi X8 Mini to replace an arm, a motor, a gimbal etc...
The only thing I did not mention was the obvious use of a soldering iron to remove wires if needed.
In the end, a lot easier than I thought. Now the true test.. can it fly for a full battery without issue? That's coming next.
