Tragic accident in Mumbai! A concrete slab from an under-construction Metro Line-4 pillar collapsed in Mulund West on LBS Road near Johnson & Johnson factory around 12:15 PM today. The falling parapet segment crashed onto a moving autorickshaw and a Skoda car, killing one person (Ramdhan Yadav) and seriously injuring three others (including Rajkumar Yadav in critical condition). Victims were rushed to Upasani Hospital. MMRDA has formed a high-level probe committee, fined the contractor ₹5 crore, and police registered an FIR.
