Описание: In this tutorial i am going to show you how you can increase your wellness alot faster than normal. Secret to gaining wellness is by intentionally droping your temperature to the point of getting hypothermia.

For this to work you will need a few basic things:
Grilled Meat
Golden Rod Tea
Pain Killers
First Aid Bandage (optional)
Campfire
Warm Clothes

Going to snow biome at night and unequiping your clothes decreases your temperature a lot faster than any other method. When you reach hypothermia you begin losing calories at much faster rate and thus eating at much faster rate.

Eat and drink until you achieve your wanted wellness. After you think you had enough, put on your clothes and start a fire to get your temperature back up. That will get rid of the hypothermia and get you back on your feet.
