Take a look inside the Rookie Academy - Wednesday Trainer Sessions!
This particular Wednesday session was lead by none other than Reilly McGlashan. At the Rookie Academy we believe that in order to inspire our Rookies on course, we as trainers must continue to challenge our own beliefs and push our own limits to provide the best on snow training experience in the world. Every Wednesday we go out together and walk our walk.
In this video Reilly shares his thoughts on the hip and how to control rotation from the hip to achieve specific outcomes, as always great skiing is demonstrated.
