A few weeks ago I decided to revamp a corner in my room into a space where I could meditate and connect with my guides. It was such a simple thing to put together, and it has changed my whole meditation practice. As soon as I wake up I look forward to lighting my candles and incense and tuning in, same with right before I go to bed. This practice has quickly changed my life and I can't recommend setting up a similar space enough ⚡️
WHATS AN ALTAR?

An altar is a space in your home that serves as a "spiritual centre.” There are many different kinds of altars with different uses. I created a spiritual altar to have somewhere I could go to connect with my higher self and my guides. Its a great place to meditate, pull tarot, and channel.

You can add your favorite items to your altar like your favorite crystals and decks. I incorporated something for each element; fire, air, earth, and water.
You can also represent the masculine and feminine with deities and/or colors.
