Welcome back to Sunday Yoga Ritual. This is where we reset our nervous system so we can feel more grounded and resilient throughout the week and in life in general. In this floor-based yoga flow, we create safety in the mind and body to provide immediate stress relief and emotional regulation.
Focused on somatic movement and vagal toning to soothe the brain stem to shift out of "fight or flight" and into a state of calm. This gentle practice is designed for anyone needing to regroup their emotions, lower anxiety levels, and find a soft place to land when life feels overwhelming.
Therapeutic yoga supports mind-body healing, a regular yoga practice helps you regulate your nervous system through awareness, breathwork and gentle movement.
