procedure
clean tha mould board
take a drag box keep on mould board
take stepped pulley placed center in drag
use sowel and fill the sand in drag
use all type rammeers circular and peen and but ramming sand
again cope attached to drag .
take runner and raiser placed in cope then fill with sand again ramming after slowly removed cope part and also remove slowly
runner and raiser and pattern
after use the gate cutter to cut the gate cutting
after again cope is attached to drag box
take a molten metal pouring into runner
after some time to remove cope and drag box to get casting product
