Roopa Divakar Moudgil, commonly known as D. Roopa is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer who is the current Inspector General of Police, Bengaluru.

She was also posted as Additional Commandant General, Home Guards & Ex-Officio Additional Director, Civil defence, commissioner for traffic and road safety and Deputy Inspector General of Prisons in Karnataka.
