Revocation of POA - What circumstances lead to revocation?

Описание: There are several situations leading to the revocation of a power of attorney. However, statutorily speaking, there are a few reasons. They are as follows:
By the Acts of the Principal
The principal may revoke the POA in the following situation:
On his/her own will by express revocation of authority.
When the purpose of the POA has come to an end.
When the agent becomes insolvent or of unsound mind.
Breach of contract:
The principal can revoke a POA when there is gross mismanagement on the agent’s part, the agent breaches the contract terms or acts beyond his/her scope of powers.
In such cases, the principal can create a deed of revocation for POA.
