Hello all, here is my first ever experience on a Bombardier Dash 8. It was enjoyable to say the least, and I'd definitely fly on one again in the future when the opportunity comes. The day itself didn't start very well though, I nearly missed my flight due to an issue with London Northwestern Rail, of whom broke down. I made it to the airport with literally 5 minutes before the gate closed to spare. I had never been so late for a flight before, and to be stressed and worried was an understatement to say the least.

Anyway, once onboard everything calmed down, we pushed back about 20 mins after our scheduled departure and headed out on Runway 33, offering some fantastic views of the Midlands and North England. The crew were fantastic, so kind and friendly. This particular aircraft, G-PRPG had the old interior, of which I prefer to the new. The legroom here was much better, and it just felt more comfortable - I had a new interior Dash on the way home.

Anyway, apart from nearly missing my flight, everything else was perfect, amazing window views, lovely crew, decent legroom and a nice enjoyable flight. Will deffo fly on a Dash 8 again in the near future
