What do we have here? A 6m (actual extended length: 5.9M / 19.3 Ft), just over 1 pound (Roughly 1 pound .75 oz) carbon fiber mast for use with ham radio, parks on the air, summits on the air, fishing, and even impressing your friends with your grower, not a shower. a total of 20 sections. The original was supposed to be 18 sections, but due to some troubles with the manufacturer, I had to adapt. '

Bottom O.D. is roughly 36mm and top O.D. is roughly 4.5mm

Now including a secondary cap which will allow you to mount your antenna wire on 550 cord (Red cord on cap NOW included). See photos of the blue cap (Will be printed and shipped with black). Cap is made of ASA material.

These masts are intended for wire antennas only and consist of a 4.5mm OD top section, to help prevent a the typically fragile tips from breaking. These tips are not indestructible: they can break. being gentle while extending and collapsing the tip is important. The mast is intended to have wire hung from it. If you want to extend larger objects, like the autotransformer from it, it may work, but you may need to exercise caution while doing so, as that is a lot of weight in a central location for a tip of 4.5mm to hold. With that, if you would like a 6mm OD cap, making your mast 5.6m instead of 6m, please let me know. The 6mm section of the mast is a little stronger due to the side and area.

Overall, these turned out great and I am very happy with them! Shipping can be combined. The box is 18x3x3, which means I could most likely fit 3 in each box. This will save on shipping. Shipping is exact cost. Sorry if you think shipping is expensive, make a complaint to your USPS.

WARNING: Watch your overhead surroundings. Carbon Fiber is conductive and you need to be aware of your surroundings. Not being alert to your surroundings will be the cause of your death.
Exercise care when extending or collapsing your mast.
