It could be in the Sahara Desert, the gobi desert, the Mojave desert--it doesn’t matter.

Just write a creative and compelling story that takes place in a desert.

You could write about how your road trip was ruined by blowing sand and giant snakes.

You could write about how--during a nighttime bonfire--aliens appeared.

You could write about your encounter with a coyote.

You could write about shopping in a bazaar.

Or, you could write about battling a giant sandworm.

What you write about is up to you. Just be sure your story is creative and well-written. And be sure you story takes place in a desert.
