DAIRY FREE CREAMY PISTACHIO ICE CREAM💚
I can’t get over how creamy and yummy this turned out anddd no ice cream maker is needed!😍
Recipe:
-1 cup pistachios + more for topping
-1 cup coconut milk (make sure it’s canned not regular coconut milk)
-1 cup coconut cream, solid part only
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-add pistachios to food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy (about 2-3minutes)
-add all remaining to food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
-pour mixture into dish and top with extra pistachios, freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
-when ready to eat let thaw for a few minutes
