this is the first entry into our year-long (on a monthly basis) Gratitude Art Journal - where we are capturing each monthly positive highlights in art. I found 2025 to be a challenging year and because the negative elements captured so much of my attention that the whole year seemed overshadowed by them. Instead, I want to use this journal as a way of reflecting upon those things i should be feeling grateful for... thereby shining a light on all the positives! If the adage that you get what you focus on holds true... then i am setting myself up for a very positive and powerful year!
