Once home to Sliding Rock, a bustling copper township in the 1870s, this forgotten place is now a playground for 4WDs… but the tracks haven’t gotten any easier.

In this episode, our convoy takes on sharp rocks, and creek beds. Flat tyres, bent rims, and stalled engines remind us that these old tracks can still break even modern rigs. From the eerie ruins and cemeteries of Sliding Rock to the technical climbs on the Mount Gill Loop Track, Warraweena delivers history and hardcore 4WDing in equal measure.
