But the Schleppfix slurry applicator combines these seemingly contradictory qualities in a brilliant system. Behind this is the Brunner specialist workshop from Schwarzenbach in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland: A small mechanical engineering company with agricultural machinery trading and a workshop. It was mainly the legal requirements for near-ground slurry application that inspired Managing Director Thomas Hollenstein and his designer Lukas Bosshart to come up with this exciting development. We visited the company and were able to follow the Schleppfix in action with our camera in various situations, including on slopes and with the self-developed Schleppfix trailer: A high-tech slurry tanker, custom-made for a client.
