There are so many "Hint Drops" or "Tells"... "Hidden in Plain Sight" moments in movies. This one includes hints at how somewhere in our origin's Soul memory - we Know we can somehow "speak with" and flow harmoniously together with each of the four elements in amazing ways, etc.
This video excerpt is from a storyline from a well known live action movie [2010] based on a TV cartoon / animation series [2005]. In this clip we see Aang, the Last Airbender, and Katara, a Waterbender, doing Waterbending Forms together. They are flowing / building up their combined energies in preparation for significant movement of water to defend the Northern Water Tribe's city from the approaching Fire Nation's attack.
