Firefighters and community members in Owings Mills came together Tuesday night to rescue a baby deer. A female deer circling a storm drain caught the attention of residents in the area. One neighbor said what happened next was simply fate. "It was, at first, heart-wrenching and I was definitely holding back all of my tears. Then, when I actually realized I was videoing something actually spectacular, it felt heartwarming," said Kim Brandwin.
